STUDIO Established in Berlin, Germany, now based in Nova Scotia Canada since 1994, Fiber Art & Fashion Studio is drawing upon diverse cultural experiences, knowledge and skills, lending a unique perspective to textile production, design and development.Although currently shifting towards mainly product-development with focus on new, innovative, technical textiles, we still maintain small editions of our most successful lines of products. So please inquire. In rerouting our unique combination of knowledge and skills we apply textile techniques and processes to textile and non textile materials and electronics. Recently we have dedicated particular attention to the ever-increasing need to transmit heat, power, voice and data, and to efficiently dissipate voltage. Working across various disciplines, we sometimes produce textiles that defy classification, their applications are only limited by our imagination. |
